Unlimited Usage: No rate limits or quotas on API calls
Pay-as-you-go: You only pay for what you use
Zero Storage: We do not store your requests or responses
High Availability: 99.9% uptime SLA

2. Account Registration and Management

Registration Requirements

Valid email address (temporary/disposable email addresses are prohibited)
Agreement to these Terms of Service
No real-name verification required

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
Do not share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately

Age Requirements

There are no age restrictions for using our service
Users under 18 should have parental guidance for payment activities

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

We strictly prohibit the following activities and will terminate accounts immediately upon detection:

Account Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit initial credit bonuses
Using temporary, disposable, or fake email addresses for registration
Maliciously triggering email verification systems
Account sharing or reselling access credentials

Technical Abuse

Attempting to reverse engineer our service
Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities
Interfering with service operation or other users’ access
Bypassing any rate limiting or security measures

Content Violations

While we don’t actively monitor content, you may not use our service to generate:

Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications

4. Billing and Payment

Payment Model

Prepaid System: Add credits to your account before usage
Usage-Based Billing: Credits are deducted based on actual API usage
Transparent Pricing: Check current rates on our Models page

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable
Credits cannot be converted back to cash
Account termination does not entitle you to refunds
Unused credits expire with account closure

Service Credits for Our Errors

If our system errors cause incorrect billing, we will add equivalent credits to your account
Service credits do not constitute a refund or cash compensation
Credit adjustments are solely at our discretion

Insufficient Balance

Service automatically suspends when account balance reaches zero
No overdraft or negative balance allowed
Service resumes immediately upon successful payment
Enable auto-recharge to maintain uninterrupted service

5. Service Availability and Support

99.9% uptime target across all supported models
Planned maintenance windows with advance notice
Best-effort resolution of service interruptions

We are not responsible for upstream provider changes or outages

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our service is limited to:

The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Maximum liability cap of $1,000 USD per incident
No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

9. Account Termination
